ViajandoFest the Festival of Tourism, Gastronomy and Culture on October 1 and 2 in Panama

To encourage tourism, local gastronomy and international destinations, Viajando Fest arrives, a great tourist, cultural and gastronomic fair to be held on October 1 and 2 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (both days) at the Atrio Mall Shopping Center in Costa del Este, for the whole family free.

The activity will feature more than 50 tourism providers including local and international companies, travel agencies and tour operators.

Traveling Fest, is a fair designed so that Panamanian travelers and residents in the country can find, on the four levels of Atrio Mall Costa del Este, promotions and tourist packages of national and international destinations, while enjoying various cultural activities such as : Sale of handicrafts, outstanding brands of local entrepreneurs, the presentation of important national writers, as well as an assorted gastronomic tour, with tastings and products for all tastes.

The activity will feature more than 50 tourism providers including local and international companies, travel agencies, tour operators, travel insurance, liquor companies, rental companies, airlines, restaurants, among others, and in this way the public can put together a single site your next vacation.

With the support of the Ministry of Culture and other special allies, culture is part of Viajando Fest, with the presentation of Panamanian artisans, a variety of 100% Panamanian products from the interior of the country, and a renowned group of Panamanian writers that little by little we will reveal to through our social networks on Instagram @viajandofest.

On October 1 and 2, a gastronomic tour will take place on the 4th level of the Mall with 5 of the best restaurants in Panama City offering the best food and consumer products and tastings. Typical dishes from the countries invited for the moment, such as Colombia, Peru and Mexico. In addition to mixology presentations, among other surprises.

This great project is possible with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Panama, the Tourism Authority, the National Chamber of Tourism (CAMTUR), the Tourism Promotion Fund (PROMTUR), the Panamanian Association of Hotels (APATEL), the Aquatic Resources Authority of Panama (ARAP), Atrio Mall Costa del Este and private companies that each year join this great initiative and together reactivate tourism nationwide.
