The short-term film and audiovisual production in its first season, presented on the YouTube channel, captured an audience of 6 million people and, according to the program's production, it is expected to exceed this figure in the second season, which will air at the end of this year, showcasing the climate, fauna and natural beauty of Panama.

Patrich Horstmann, who was part of the recording and security logistics of the participants, explained that Panama was chosen among several countries for this second season, because it meets the characteristics required by the production of the program for the reality show.

“We evaluate different places in the world when we look for a location, for example: a fairly large island where it is possible to record survival scenes and that the country has emergency structures, in case immediate medical attention is required,” he specified.

The success achieved by this series in its first premiere motivated the producers to translate this season into English and Spanish, in order to reach a worldwide audience.

The stay of the cast of this series in Panama allowed them to get to know the capital city, San Blas, and the jungle of the province of Darién, the latter they have visited on other occasions for adventure tourism.

“Darién is a virgin jungle, a very wild and beautiful forest; San Blas is a paradise of crystal clear waters; and from the modern city we loved its spectacular skyscrapers with a spectacular view at night”, expressed Horstmann.

Panama supported this second production through the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP), the National Aeronaval Service and the Ministry of Commerce and Industries.
